The Club are currently running only 1 class per week.

A training session is on Tuesday's between 8.00 - 9.30 pm.

If you want to join us for a friendly free class, then please get in touch first so that we know that we can accomodate you.

No equipment necessary, T-shirt & tracksuit bottoms/shorts and trainers are fine.

Armado Arnis is suitable for all men & women regardless of size or fitness level and we welcome all newcomers without discrimination or prejudice.
